Inforcer, a London-based startup focused on helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) manage and secure Microsoft 365 environments at scale, has raised $35 million in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Dawn Capital, with participation from previous investor Meritech Capital.

Inforcer provides a multi-tenant management solution tailored for MSPs. Its platform enables providers to standardize, roll out, back up, restore, and manage Microsoft 365 policies, user configurations, alerts, and security tools across many tenants. The tools include automated policy deployment, drift monitoring, nightly backups of Microsoft 365 configurations, and compliance audit reporting.

Since its founding in 2022, Inforcer has made rapid progress. The company has built a customer base of over 800 MSPs spanning the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions, with offices in several countries. It has also expanded its team significantly over recent months to keep pace with global growth.

Less than a year prior to this round, Inforcer raised \$19 million in a Series A round led by Meritech Capital. The new funds will enable the company to more aggressively build out its product roadmap and scale globally. Sales growth has been strong, with the company reporting a tenfold increase in revenue over the past year. This growth has been driven by rising demand for automating and securing Microsoft 365 across many clients, especially as small and medium businesses increasingly need to adopt Microsoft’s AI and security tools but often lack in-house resources.

According to the company, the \$35 million will be used primarily to accelerate product development, particularly on its AI roadmap. Upcoming tools will include AI-powered policy analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments for Microsoft’s AI services such as Copilot, and more automation of Microsoft security features. The company also plans to expand global operations, broaden its MSP partner base, and hire more personnel in product, strategy, support, and channel teams. These efforts aim to strengthen support for MSPs serving small- and medium-business customers, enabling them to more easily deploy, configure, secure, and manage Microsoft security, compliance, and AI capabilities across many tenants.

Jamie Daum, co-founder and CEO of Inforcer, emphasized that the opportunity for MSPs to help small and medium businesses adopt Microsoft’s AI and security stack is growing rapidly. Many businesses already have Microsoft licenses but struggle to use the full suite of AI and security features due to operational complexity. Inforcer aims to bridge this gap, helping MSPs simplify management and security while unlocking advanced capabilities for their clients.

Co-founder Will Connor added that Inforcer intends to become the go-to platform for MSPs to manage Microsoft 365 environments covering users, policies, permissions, and AI services from a unified interface.

Evagenia Plotnikova, General Partner at Dawn Capital, will join Inforcer’s board as part of this Series B. She noted that the company is uniquely positioned to help MSPs capitalize on a major technology shift toward AI and enhanced security in the SMB segment.

The funding positions Inforcer to scale its tools that allow MSPs to deliver advanced Microsoft-based security and AI services to small and medium businesses more easily and efficiently. Many SMBs already pay for Microsoft licenses that include powerful security and AI tools, and Inforcer’s ability to help unlock those latent features represents a large market opportunity.

As more organizations adopt Microsoft’s AI offerings like Copilot, careful management of policies, permissions, and data is becoming increasingly important. Inforcer plans to use its new capital to meet this need, expanding its global footprint, increasing staff, and investing in scaling the platform’s automation and risk management capabilities. The company’s strong growth and ambitious product roadmap position it as a key player in the rapidly evolving market for Microsoft-focused AI and security management.
