Inntelo AI, a London-based startup focused on AI tools for the hospitality sector, has raised about £506,000 in a pre-seed funding round to scale its AI-concierge platform and improve guest experiences in hotels. The round was led by Haatch and British Business Investments, with additional backing from Look AI Ventures and several angel investors, including former executives from Trip.com and DocuSign. It follows an earlier investment of ~£120,000 from Antler.

Inntelo AI’s product automates guest inquiries through channels like WhatsApp and phone and converts those requests into actionable tasks for hotel staff, covering housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and other internal operations. The company already has deployments in hotels under brands like Radisson and Wyndham across the UK, UAE, and Europe.

With the new capital, Inntelo AI plans to expand sales and marketing efforts, deepen integrations with property management systems, and accelerate customer deployments. It is also aiming for further geographic expansion. Inntelo was founded by Asif Alidina, who has substantial experience in housekeeping and facilities management in the hospitality sector.

Since its launch, Inntelo AI has raised a total of around $821,000 (~€576,000) over two funding rounds. The startup positions its platform as one that delivers operational efficiency and enhances guest satisfaction by bringing together guest and team communication on a unified AI-driven interface.
