Spiich Labs Raises €600K Pre-Seed Funding to Automate Sales Admin with Agent-First AI
Spiich Labs, a Stockholm-based AI sales technology startup, has raised €600,000 in pre-seed funding to accelerate the development of its agent-first AI assistant designed to automate administrative work for B2B sales teams. The round reflects growing investor interest in artificial intelligence tools that aim to significantly reduce the time sales professionals spend on non-selling tasks.
Founded in 2025 by Johan Torssell and Dennis Hadzialic, Spiich Labs emerged from Sweden’s KTH Royal Institute of Technology. The company was created to address a persistent challenge in sales organizations: the heavy administrative burden placed on sales teams. Spiich’s platform allows sales professionals to interact with their tools through natural language, using text or voice to update CRM systems, prepare meeting briefs, and generate personalized follow-up messages. By removing the need for manual data entry and context switching, the company aims to help sales teams focus more of their time on customer relationships and revenue-generating activities.
The €600,000 pre-seed round was led by Ampli Ventures, a Nordic venture capital firm known for backing early-stage B2B software and AI-native companies. Ampli Ventures’ participation provides Spiich with both capital and strategic support as it works to expand product functionality and reach a broader customer base across Europe and beyond.
The round also attracted a group of experienced angel investors with strong backgrounds in technology, venture capital, and company building. Among them is Lukas Saari, the CEO of Tandem Health, who brings firsthand experience in scaling technology-driven businesses. Also participating was Stefan Lindeberg, a co-founder of Creandum, one of Europe’s most established venture capital firms. Additional backing came from founders and executives associated with companies such as Neo4j, Lovable, and members of the broader OpenAI startup ecosystem, providing Spiich with a diverse network of operational and technical expertise.
Spiich Labs’ product is built around an agent-first architecture that allows the AI assistant to proactively support sales workflows rather than simply responding to isolated commands. The assistant integrates with widely used tools such as HubSpot, Attio, and Google Workspace, enabling sales teams to manage their daily workflows conversationally, whether they are at their desk or on the move. According to the company, early users have reported reclaiming up to 10 hours per week that would otherwise be spent on administrative work.
CEO Johan Torssell has stated that the idea for Spiich was shaped by direct exposure to the inefficiencies of modern sales workflows. He has pointed to the large proportion of time sales professionals spend on tasks such as CRM updates, internal reporting, and meeting preparation, despite the availability of increasingly sophisticated digital tools. Spiich’s approach seeks to make those tools easier to use by allowing sales professionals to interact with them in a more intuitive and human way.
The newly raised capital will be used to further develop Spiich’s AI capabilities, expand its range of native integrations, and invest in product refinement. The company also plans to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams as it works toward scaling adoption. Spiich has set a target of onboarding approximately 2,000 sales professionals by the end of 2026, signaling ambitions to move quickly from early traction to broader market presence.
Spiich Labs is operating in a competitive but rapidly expanding market, as organizations increasingly turn to AI to improve productivity and reduce operational friction. In B2B sales in particular, administrative overhead has long been cited as a major inefficiency, and solutions that can demonstrably reduce this burden are attracting attention from both customers and investors.
With fresh funding and backing from experienced investors, Spiich Labs is positioning itself as part of a new generation of AI-native enterprise software companies. By focusing on conversational interfaces and agent-based automation, the company aims to redefine how sales teams interact with their tools and how much time they can dedicate to what matters most: building relationships and closing deals.
